going to india after Applying PR in canada under FSW cat 3 , buffalo processing?

Hello All,

I am completing the 12 months work experience in canada on 30th June 2009, i am thinking of applying for PR under Federal skilled worker category 3 -I want to choose buffalo as my processing visa office however i have a concern that if i go back to india after applying, can i change the address to indian address later while proceesing centre being buffalo itself?

Also will VIsa office contact me on indian address and ask me to send the medical examination proofs after doing the medical checkup in India? Is it possible or not?

Also does anyone have an idea on how long the central intake office (CIO) takes to reply once the application is sbmitted?

Please let me know, any help is appreciated.
