Going from Canada after Citizenship

With the new law of citizenship I am just wondering for how long people can stay outside Canada..
Do they have to stay 2 years every 5 years ,or no obligation at all ?

No obligation at all if you are citizen.

You have to claim non-resident for tax purposes though.
