I have offer from Concordia for MENG from, and I already have done one masters at my home country.Now I am planning for visa , should I mention in the application that I have already done masters or should I not.

yes I hv applied for the CAQ, documents will be at their office in two days

Request you to help me in step by step procedure for CAQ starting from the link and the list of docs required. Today only, I got my LOA hard copy and 31st March is the deadline date to confirm the seat

its simple go to Quebec immigration website and follow following steps

1- Go to foreign student section

2- Select authorization for studies in Quebec

3-Than select an online option

4- Complete all 10 stages

5- Use credit card to pay fee

6- At the end they will provide u a PDF form

7- Fill it and take print of it . Sign it

8- you will need a pic 35-45 mm

9- And one original copy of offer letter

10- now send all the above mentioned documents to CAQ office whose address is available on the form mentioned above in step 7 .
