Going Back To Origin?

I already got my visa and resigned from my current work.I have 1 month notice.But my current employer wants to send me home because according to them it's a company policy since I was hired from the Philippines thru an agency.I already informed them that I already have a visa and my future employer is arranging a ticket from Abu Dhabi- Canada.But they are still insisting that I need to go back to origin.My problem is that there will be a lot of formalities and requirements to accomplish in the Philippines which will delay my flight to Canada.And my visa will expire on November.What can I do so I won't go back home anymore?To whom I should ask help?Thanks.

hi !i read your situation there. looks like your employer in abu dhabi is giving you hardtime and maybe got hard feelings of you resign from them. anyway, everybody has a place under the sun and you got a good spot that they are trying to shadow.

it's been 3 weeks have passed since you place this thread. i am curious whatever happened to you and did your employer pushed thru of sending you back home p.i.?

if you dont mind, we would like to hear from you to shed matters. if and when another person encounters such situation like that and maybe can pick up something from your experiences.
