Go on vacation without a job????

I have PGWP and ETA(tourist visa), Im thinking about quitting and going back home for vacation but my country (Philippines) requires OEC(overseas employment cert) when going back to Canada..

Would it be a problem going back to canada or can i just say Im a tourist?
