Go abroad after ITA

Hi there, I am so confused about whether can I go to my home country after ITA and go back to Canada and submit the application in Canada.
My general plan: I have emergency travel to my home country from 2023.02.01 to 2023.02.15. I am holding a PGWP. I just got the Provincial nomination to add 600 to the CRS in my profile, so I feel like I will be invited to apply for the PR during the very next EE draw. I plan to get the police certificates in my home country during the travel.

My specific questions are:

1. Am I able to go abroad after I receive ITA, but before submitting the application?
2. If it is ok to go abroad, do I need to update my profile (residence history, because I will live in another country)? Do I need to use the web form to update after I got ITA?
3. Am I still able to use my PGWP to go back to Canada?

You need a valid TRV to return to Canada.
