GNDU wes evaluation

Hi ,
My status on GNDU online portal is 'under process' from Jan 25. I got an email from wes that
WES has partnered with Guru Nanak Dev University to complete your credential evaluation as fast as possible. Now, your university can send us your mark sheets electronically. Here's how to tak advantage of this digital opportunity:

• Contact Guru Nanak Dev University about sending your documents electronically.
• Please make sure that you request the appropriate documents.

Does this mean that I should call GNDU for sending documents electronically? otherwise they will mail documents to WES which will take time?
