Hello All, I am very confused on what are the terms and norms for submitting an express entry profile, here me out,

I have GTS LMIA from my employer, The LMIA just came last week.
I have been working with the same employer for more than one year (1.2 years), I have PGWP that will expire next year,

My question is I am eligible to claim 50 points in the EE profile? or Do I need more than LMIA positive letter?

EE Profile
age group - 25-29
Education - Master's degree (WES)- One year of a Canadian degree(DLI-approved college)
Working full-time since February 2022. - NOC - 21220 (teer 1)
IELTS - last year - 7,7,6.5,5.5 - LRSW.

Hi, I had a small consultation with a good lawyer and He suggested getting a Close work permit. and I did. it was a good move. Good Luck.

Thanks for the update. GTS LMIA followed by closed work permit on the basis of LMIA will fetch you points for arranged employment in pr application? Correct?
