Hi everyone,

I entered Canada as a foreign worker with my family accompanying me and in the airport, my family members were given visitor record documents until the end of my work permit expiration date.

Then, we received this email for each visitor record:

"Your application to remain in Canada as a temporary resident has been approved. A secure document has been mailed to you at the address that you provided when you made your application. If you have not received your secure document within six weeks, contact IRCC."

The application address in the email is our home country address, but we are in Canada now. We have already received our documents in the airport. The document number in the email matches with the number of documents we received in the airport.

Do you think I should contact IRCC for this or I should not worry about it?

Thanks.
