Given name issue on medical

I got my medical done by max hospital chandigarh and they put my given name in place of family name and I'm worried that this can affect my visa.

If the center is eMedical don't worry. They will upload it online.

I just saw today and my application is already with the Canadian embassy. Moreover, it's already been 18 days when i submitted my paper based application.

Usually the center relays on the IME no. which is written on the paper of the medical instructions.
But to stay in the safety side, I recommend you contact the center and embassy as well.
