Hello everyone, I have an ITA already and I'm gathering my documents for submission, however, I'm having an issue with my POF. My dad was meant to Gift me the money, but he has purchased a 3 month Treasury Bill with it. My ITA expires by month end, and weve been thinking of doing a gift of deed for the Treasury Bill at the court of law. The Deed would state that he's my father, and that henceforth I have access to the money. However, the TBill certificate still bears his name. Can it work?
