Hello,
Pl advice me how to get or create letter for Money gift from parents.
Created FD of 5,00,000 INR 4 months back and whole money transferred by my father to do an FD.
Where and how to create a letter to show this money as Gift to me.

Hi Jackman,

My sibling gifting me the cash does not reside in the same country as I. Will the gift deed and accompanying affidavit require the signatures of both of us? Also does it matter if she transfers part of the money from one of her accts to the other? Please assist.
