Hi everyone,

My parents have been sending a fixed amount of money monthly over the last 6 months to help with my EE, and will keep on sending for a couple of extra months. Does someone know how this should be prhased in a gift deed?

Also, what information should be in a gift deed? Who can deliver it? Their bank account is in France but they live in India - can an Indian notary notarized a document about bank transfers from a foreign bank account to another foreign bank account?

Thank you

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You need:

1 - A self declaration from your parents that the funds are a gift and not a loan - this letter should state the date and amount transferred each time.

2 - No need to notarize this letter.

3 - Proof of transfer for each transfer.

@DelPiero07 Hi Del,
If you can help me with this. I am currently living in Australia and will be applying under FSW. My concern is that my father in law is providing us the settlement fund around CAD $17000. Is it OK to cheque deposit in my home bank account or it has to be in my wife's account and then she transfer it to my account? and lastly,

as my father in law will provide us the fund, do i only provide mine/wife's home country bank account statement showing the POF deposited to VO or I have to submit my Australian bank account statement as well along with the home country bank statement to VO. I will get the self declaration and cheque photocopy from him and will write the LOE to prove the deposit as well. Is this enough? Can the fund be shown in joint account or it has to be in my account as the primary applicant? Pls suggest!
