Hello Guys,
I received my ITA on Jan 10th. My common-law partner's mother wrote a gift deed for us mentioning that she was handing X money to my common-law partner through a deposit in my bank account and also had it notarized. The thing is, she lives in a city 2000 kilometers away from us and the Certified Translator is using a scanned version of the gift deed to generate the translation. The translator will mention in the translation that it is being done with a copy and not the original.
In your experience, should this be an issue?
