Gift Deed in Canada

Applying for my mother's Super Visa.
In her bank statement, there is a transaction of INR 110000 for which I've been suggested to prepare a gift deed.
This money was transferred from my Indian bank account to my mothers bank account in India.
Where can I make a gift deed in the GTA and how much does it cost?
Can I make a gift deed in India (my brother has power of attorney)

Why a gift deed for a TRV? You already transferred the money to her account so no need for a gift deed.

@Naturgrl To explain the source of the money and the reason. Otherwise, it would look like the money was transferred just to show bank balance for Visa purposes.

It wasn’t a gift deed if you already transferred the money. A gift deed is a formal document that is notarized, and done before a transfer of money. It was transferred for visa purposes, was it not? Why did you give the money as a gift - property purchase, car?

It was transferred simply for general family expenses if need be. However, it wasn't spent because there was no need for it.

So not a gift deed because money was already transferred. So she just explains why the money was deposited in her account and for what purpose.
