Gift deed for FD in the past.

I have an Fixed deposit under my name which is given by my mom. At that time though, we didn't make any gift deed declaration whatsoever.

I have now received an ITA from the latest CRS draw #165. My question is:

Is it okay if a procure a gift deed and notarized it now but for a fixed deposit in the past?
