My wife received a refused of study permit visa as following reason:
. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
to increase the money in her bank account can i do the follow:
1-I will sell an apartment and put the money in her account, and sign of a gift deed , also attach the contract with application, This can be accepted?
2-Her father and mother work in her country , Can they make a sponsor letter for her in addition of her money in bank?
3-I apply with her in 1st time as visitor to visit her twice per year, Now some people said to me that i must apply as Open Work permit and other told me not apply anymore with her, Which choose will make her application stronger?
