GIC wire transfer

This is Sakshi, i have taken loan from Allahabad bank, they did my wire transfer on 14/10 , while transferring they entered my college name in beneficiary field instead of my name. Account number is correct , in remittance field they mentioned my name. Now its been 3 working days i have not received my certy from scotia bank. I am worried if they will reject my application because of this.
Please advise
