GIC Refunded. How to show living cost in General Category ?

Hello frienz. I have refunded my gic due to visa rejection in SPP. Now i want to apply again in general category.
Now how to show visa officer about my living cost and other funds ?

loan sanction letter from an approved bank and letter of sponsorship from your parents/sponsor...income tax returns,bank statements

One more question. Now embessy has my gic record. And if i attach other bank statemnt and not attach gic due to refund. Will this affect on my visa file ?
