I have one query related to gic refund. I have paid GIC to Scotiabank bank through Western union. I paid amount to western union agent and he transferred in my name. But now I want refund.. so in that refund form which account I should will.. if anyone who got refusal and have paid GIC through Western union. Plz tell me how to proceed.
