GIC refund

Can someone please tell me what is:

The wire instructions form provided by your bank in India for the purpose of wiring/transferring funds to your GIC account in Canada.

It is one of the things the Scotia-bank needs for the GIC refund.

My bank gave me a photocopy of the form when I transferred the money. It has all the details.

Dear Friend,

I think the letter you have from you bank should have the account number Branch code, routing number the transit code and all the other banking information(Please ask your bank the details required for a wire transfer, i do not recall all the information) If it does not then you need to get it.
