I have paid Gic on 16th july and i got TT copy on 17/07/2018. And now it’s 26th july but haven’t received my gic recipt yet. Is there anyone know how much more time it will take...

I had consulted RAO Consultants but about and hour ago i called scotia bank and they told me they have already sent it to me on 19th july and I couldn’t access my secure id-pass because they didn’t gave it to me right it’s night here so tomorrow I’ll bang them and told whatever they want to do I want my visa file immediately....
