I've applied for GIC day before yesterday but I haven't got any automated response (that everyone gets immediately after sending email) yet. Is it OK ?. Should i submit My GIC application again ?

there must be a reply that ur app is being sent to a branch for processing.
And if u see their website,it states that repeated submission of app causes delay.
