GIC fund not accept ef

I initiated an International wire transfer to my Scotia bank GIC account from my ICICI bank in India. But after 3 days I get a messege from Scotia bank that they have not accepted the transaction with below messege.
Sender's address does not match our request.

What is the reason for this and what should I do next. I am going to check with the ICICI bank for sure but anything else I should do.

You need to contact Scotia Bank as only them would be able to assist you with issues regarding your account

i have transferred gic on 15/05/2018 in bank of nova scotia. on saturday 19/05/2018 i got mail from scotia bank that my wire transfer was not accepted due to address mismatch. i want to know that how much time it would take to get money refund in my account so that i could reapply for the same ?
till date i have not received the refund
