GIC Encrypted message lost!!

Hi All,

I recieved a welcome package on 18th July'2013 and I am flying today. I decided to take a print out of the welcome kit. However the message is no more available in the encrypted login. I do not have any copy, I am now worried about it.

Please help!!!

Is it same for everyone and since I don't remember
Do they send a receipt
I luckily found the first mail that they send which has my account number
I am carrying receipt from HDFC bank which will be my recipes of remittance

Please share the welcome kit ASAP I will be so relieved
