GIC CIBC RTGS Transfer without ISBO number

I have generated a CIBC GIC quote for RTGS transfer and it was mentioned in the instructions sheet that "ISBO-2020" and GIC- needs to be added in the payment remarks or as info


But, unfortunately my bank is not providing that field in its net banking RTGS fund transfer for adding the above mentioned info. So I am worried about it. Can anyone please help me is there any alternative for it incase if I transfer the money without that info.

Like can I mail the reference code of transaction or if anything else please let me know

Was your transaction processed without putting the ISBO number?
