Since scotia bank was not responding for past two weeks, I have created my GIC account in ICICI bank and applied for visa with fee receipts.Now I come to know, they haven't any branch or ATMs near to my university(Carleton University,Ottawa). Would it be a problem for me to collect living expense? If yes, can I shift my GIC account to Scotia bank, once I reached there??
