I applied for GIC on 23 sept but till today i haven't got the account details i even sent an follow up email to scotia bank still no replies from them.
so I want to know how much time do they take to send the account details ???

this is really strange my fren..
plus no way to tell how much time..

they were taking 10-15 days atleast.. I was expecting the same..
But i sent the mail on Friday, and they sent the account details on Wednesday..

So u can never say when..
but do not send them follow up mails just like that.. it clutters their mailboxes and they respond even slower that ways..
I did not send any follow up mail for my case..

I just hope the application mail u sent, everything was right:

The order of docs, all signed, all info, the scan ???

Be patient bro.. it will happen..

yaa i was waitin but today my Consultant have forwarded the docs again to them sayin tht they will reply soon they actually takes only 10 days he says might due to high applications the delays are going on lets see what happens nect i am waitin hope everythng settles well

Call them tonight via cell. You can get their number on SCOTIA's official website. They responds to phone call very quickly.

Did you count the number of days from the day you sent them the request? it's just been 13 working days so far. Yes usually they process it within 10 to 15 days, but there was and there is no need to panic. Last date for you to transfer funds to Scotia is 22nd November (for January Intake). You have plenty of time. Sending another file will only lead to delays. Did you even read the guidelines or even your consultant?

Did you think sending two files (without getting a response from Scotia on the first file) will lead to duplicacy and finally cancellation of both files.

Now, damage has already been caused. So this time wait for a response from them. Write a brief email stating that you sent two files and wanted to inform Scotia.

and do keep checking your mail, don't forget to check your spam folder as well.
