Ghost updates on the PR tracking portal

I've been getting many ghost updates on the new PR tracking portal, where it says "Updated: May 4, 2022" for example, but there are no new updates.
Has anyone noticed a similar behavior?
I don't know if this is the same as the fake ghost updates we used to get on the GCkey portal.

Even i got the ghost update on 2nd may but there was no update
