Ghost update in China shows medical exam passed

Hiii guys, I just got a update in my cic portal today, it shows that ：
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Review of medical results - November 19, 2020:You passed the medical exam.

It's so strange that although I finished my up-front exam and sent it to IRCC by webform In previous application (refused),
this time I didn't upload any attachment about medical exam.

Timeline:
Submit Application:10-10

Hi, im applying from China too and I had no update since i applied in 12 september. Biometric done. No medical exam yet.
Eligibility start,
I had a ghost update few days ago. that's the only one i noticed.

Any updates on your application yet ?

Hi kirito, mine is Jan 2021 intake and there is no update yet...

Hi can I know your status? even I had the same situation.upfront medical initial application refused reapplied on 23.04.21 and medical passed on 29.04. is it a positive sign? pls reply

Yes it's definitely a good sign, finally I got my visa and I'm currently in Canada now.
