Getting visitors visa after ITA in EE

Hello.
I am on Visitors record that soon will expire.
2 weeks ago I got ITA at express entry and will submit my application next week.

Where would be the best way to apply for a new Visitors Record+ Multiple entry Visitors Visa?

I have US vase and can openly go to US.

Please how did you get your visitor record. did they issue you a book or they stamped it on your passport. I need the visitors record for my kids as we just came in last week But i am applying for spousal open work permit.

I will appreciate a feedback.
