Getting Visa for Canada

Hi Gurus,
I have received my new work permit and my wife's new open work permit which was filed in Canada. But our visa has been expired by now. I am in Canada, but my wife has travelled back to India, and now we need to apply for new Visa.

My query is for my wife to get visa,
1)Spouse visa need to submitted in Canada or in India (as she is in India) ?
2)Which form needs to be submitted (IMM 1295-Worker Form or IMM 5257-Visitor Form).As my spouse is not having any emploment in Canada, its difficult for us to fill some mandatory information such as Occupation, Indent location of employment etc, mentioned in that in IMM 1295 form.

Please advice me for the above query.

For me to get visa--Do i required to submit the copy of LMO along with visa application and how much are the funds required to be shown in bank statement? Do I need submit form IMM1295 form for me?

For wife and kid application of Visitor visa(form IMM 5257), how much funds are required to shown in bank account(any specific amount)?
