I have a question about getting PCC for Thailand to submit OINP. I got approval and waiting for IRCC draw but I want to be proactive and complete getting a police clearance certificate asap as it could take a long time. I am a Non-Thai citizen living in Thailand. I'd like to get a PCC here.
The IRCC website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/thailand.html) states that "
If you’re not a Thai citizen
We’ll send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you apply. You must bring that letter when you apply for your police certificate."
I don't understand what they mean by "after you apply". Can anyone share their experiences about how to get a police clearance certificate, as a foreigner, in the kingdom of Thailand?
