Getting spouse to Canada while on PGWP

hi, i am on PGWP and working with a large firm for last 2 months. i got married in 2008 and stated the same in my application when i had applied for my study permit.
what all dox do i need to submit for my wife to apply ??
Which visa shld she apply??
She is a teacher back hme and does she resign frm her job before or after she gets visa??

also, which forms to fill up and submit??

Any kind of help and suggestions related to post will be deeply appreciated!!!
