Hi, if someone gets pregnant in the middle of PR application (CEC-inland), how will this impacts the process? Do we need to inform CIC right away? Granting medical passed already. Thanks for answering.

Inform them when the baby is born if it comes to that at any point before you get your PR approved. Your baby is not considered a dependent until born.
Give them details through a webform once the baby is born, there will be no implications. Also, if the baby is born in Canada there are 0 implications since the because the baby would already be Canadian.
