Getting PR in BC.. Urgent Help required

Hi,

I have been studying in Brampton, ON. My course was a One year Post graduate program which will end this April. One of my friend told me that if i Move to BC and i get a permanent job in any restaurant then I can apply for PR after 3 months. I just want to confirm is it true or not?

errrrr where the earth this statement comes from ?
first depends on which program ur apply for?
secondly it depends on ur expertise nature?
and lastly i have never heard about the three months rule
if you are talking about the post-graduate program, its only for BC post-graduate
