Getting PR after o during latent TB treatment?

Hello guys

I am an applicant to PR through a Provincial Nominee Program( since Aug 2018) and I added my spouse in my application. During the medical exams she was diagnosed as a latent TB and this made the process a little longer than expected. She is already taking a 4 month treatment since March 2020. So my questions,

*Is there any posibility of being rejected getting the PR when she already has started the treatment?
*Will we get the PR after the treatment or could we get it during?
