I sent my application to Mon Projet Quebec in June 2016 (as a family). On 1st of August (this year) I received Intention to refuse letter and FEVAL (points calculation) with shrortage of 3 points. In " Area of training" field my wife as principal applicant got 6 points, and me got 0.
I immideately sent our diplomas to MIDI for Comparative evaluation for studies done outside Québec. Our diplomas were assesed as Baccalaureat degrees with areas of training relating to 9 and 3 points respectively.
I wounder if I can use these evaluations in order to get missing points and can these documents overwight preliminary evaluations that stated in FEVAL?
Please give your thoughts if you have related experience

I guess you should immediately send the your diplomas assessment to MIDI for claiming your points. And in the same time, try to find another way for increasing your total points.

FRIENDS PLEASE HELP,

I have completed my bach in Electrical and electronics engineering ( 4 years) in 2011
but Masters in Software engineering (computer science engineering)( 2 years ) in 2017
WES evaluation - Masters degree

I have 6.5 years of experience in software engineering(computer science engineering field).
What should I select in Area of training

I don't see anything related to Software engineering to select in AOT . I can just see computer science engineering ( Bach ) and no (Masters). Can I still select computer science engineering ( bach ) ?
