Getting PGWP at the POE

Hi Guys, I have a question regarding PGWP. I will be grateful if you guys can share your experience or can mention a useful link regarding that.

My study permit and TRV expires on March 31 2017, I am planning to go back home from Jan 15 to 14 March. My transcript will be updated in 3rd week of February and I will get my proof of graduation through the online portal before i return back. I am planning to get PGWP at the port of entry. Can I do that ? Or I can get this only by applying online and by flag polling. Thank you.

PGWP are not issued at POE if you're coming from outside North America.

However, you can apply when you are in your home country, just put your country of residence as Canada and put your Canadian address in the application.

I am planning on doing the same thing as I'm going to Pakistan in December after graduating
