Getting paid more than LMO

Hi Guys,
I am currently about to submit all my documents after my ITA.
I have received a few pay raises off my employer, so I am getting paid more than stated on my LMO.
Is this going to be a problem?
When I have spoken to various other people, they said that the problem is if your employer is paying you less than stated on the LMO.
Will be pleased to hear some input.
Many thanks

That's perfectly OK. If you are paid less than what is mentioned in LMO, then you might be in trouble. Otherwise NO issues at all.

Are you absolutely sure this is OK? If there is more than an acceptable annual raise it might raise flags that the original job offer salary was pegged at the lowest possible rate to discourage anyone else from applying in order to obtain the LMO/LMIA at the outset. Keep looking in the OP manuals for official wording or call CIC if you have concerns.

Doing some more digging.

Substantially the same seems to be a factor here.

Thanks for the input Pippin.
I will cross my fingers and hope it doesn't cause any red flags.
My documents have to be submitted next week and I think it will be worse stating a false salary as it will be misinterpretation.
cheers
