Getting married while both the partners are on visitor visa

Hello Friends,

Myself and my fiancee are planning to visit Canada and getting married there.
We both are Indian citizens, I am in USA on H1B and she is in India. We will visit the Canada soon and want to get married there.

Our concerns are

Are we eligible to get married in Canada?
Will it be any issue if we get married there on visitor visa in Canada?
Is our marriage get considered legal in India if we get married in Canada?

I will appreciate your help.

You can get married in Canada and can have legal record from the Canadian authorities may be court as long as you guys meet the age requirement set by Canada. I have no idea though whether Indian authorities accept it as legal document or not.
