Hi guys.

I've recived my Study permit and going to study in Canada.
The problem is that I've stated in the form that I'm single, and I've decided to marry my GF in Canada in half a year from my arrival.
Is it even possible? will my Study Permit be Canceled ?

If not will I'll be able to bring my foture wife as a spouse to stay with me with a Open Work Permit?

I just dont want to leave her and cant live without her.

and I dont have time to Send another request for Study Permit now, I'm leaving next week.....

Thx.

1. You are still single as you haven't married.
2. She can't apply for a SOWP until you are married.
3. There is no guarantee that she will be issued one.
4. So you have a choice, either go and study and hope she is issued a TRV/SOWP or don't go.

As PMM mentioned you are still single and when you land you will still be single so that shouldn't be a problem.

Once you are married you will change your martial status as married and can apply for SOWP; keep in mind there is no guarantee she will get it.

I am sorry to say such explanation will not work. He will still go though the process of applying and getting it

i just gave you sme points from top...you can give below reasons

Could not do honeymoon
As per hindu culture ( sme stry)
many such reasons

try to get such reasons and file ur case from lawyer..but this all is more preferable when you are done with your studies n on post study work permit...

check immigration service like welcometocanada.com

go for lawyers and not as per people positing on forum.
