Getting married after receiving COPR !!

Hi All,

I have received COPR but I am going to get married after some months.

I know in order to add spouse name in new COPR, CIC will cancel current COPR and processes wife's application but I want to know that has anyone done this earlier and how much time it takes?

You will need to return your CORP since it will not longer be valid (because iyou are no longer a single person).

You will return your CORP with all docs required for your wife, they will process it again.

they will then get you a new CORP for you and wife.
