Getting Married after PR

i have received an invite to deposit my passport at the embassy for PR after two years of waiting due to Covid pandemic i guess. during those two years i met my partner and we would like to get married and add my wife to my application.

if i give them the passport now and then add my wife will they recalculate our points from scratch or will be just an evaluation of her documents with an update of proof of funds and Medicals?

or would you rather suggest that i land in canada first, Confirm my Pr then comeback and get married and file for a sponsorship afterwards? if so how easy is it for her to get a tourist visa an join canada?
