you're not allowed to land ith a copr that say single if you're married
you can either:
1- land in canada as single, go back home get married and sponsor your spouse
2- inform cic of your upcoming marriage, get married and prepare your spouse's documents (med and PCC) you can start getting them now.
The most important thing is to NOT do this: get married and land as single. If you do so you would never be able to sponsor your spouse

The thing is I got my PR stamped when I'm single. As I'm getting married next month, the 1st option to go to Canada and then come back and get married --> this option is not a possible scenario.

so what do I do now?
1- I should get married on the decided date and inform the cic about it.
2- I should get married and go to canada without informing.

Also, do I need to return my PR visa if I get married after getting the PR visa and will my points be re-calculated.?
or any other suggestion. what will be best in my case.

Man did you read what I said? you should ABSOLUTELY NOT GET MARRIED AND LAND AS SINGLE!!!!! You will NEVER be able to sponsor your spouse. Your points won't be recalculated but you'll have to submit your spouse's meds and PCC so start preparing them now and contact CIC.
You'll be given another copr with proper information.
