Getting Married After Approval of Student's Visa

Hi. I applied as Single for a student's visa then got approved. I just wanna ask if it's okay to get married after my study permit/visa is approved? But should i declare that i just get married to the immigration officer once I land in Canada or to the school i got accepted from? Or to the IRCC? Can my then husband apply for OWP after? Thanks so much.

Yes you can get married. No need to declare. Yes your spouse can apply but OWP are not guaranteed for spouses of international students.
