Getting jobs in canada

Can anybody guide me how I can get a job offer to boost my application for immigration. I applied many times through job bank but got no response. Any positive way out- please sugest.I am offshore oilfield worker with a 4 year experience in the industry and 2 year experience as a ballast control operator.
