Me and my wife are planning to move on Canadá. We did the Express Entry calculation and we are lacking some points we can get by having one year job, as Noc 0, A, B.
So, she's going to study and i'm going to work even if we have the money to support our 2 years in Canadá. i'm looking forward to get the points for the job and 1 year work.
The question is... as long as i'll be working with an open permit, is it possible to apply to express entry? is it any regulation about it?. I mean, i'm the one that is going to work, and then after having my one year as Noc B, i'll apply to Express Entry.
When she comes as student, Canada will ask for bonds to return to the home country, and i'll be applying for the express entry... would it be a problem?
And the second question maybe you know how much time does it take to be invited after meeting the Express-Entry grades and being in the pool?
