Hi all, are Canada employers keen on hiring people from outside of Canada? Since it is impossible for a face to face interview and I understand that it is tedious for them to go through the process of applying work permit and wait just to hire someone over to their country. However has anyone tried searching for a CA job online and have been offered one? Please share ur experiences!

Although I don't know a CA but my own experience & couple of other posts I read on this forum have successfully applied for jobs from outside Canada & have been selected.
In certain professions the Canadian authorities don't recognize degrees & qualifications obtained from outside Canada & require further endorsements from Canadian institutes. I suggest you visit workingincanada.gc.ca/content_pieces-eng.do?cid=1 and see what are the requirements for your profession.
