Hi everyone. I plan to move with my family to Canada and i have an issue that has been bothering me.
Im currently a HR professional and I have indicated every where i have worked on my E-form. But the problem is 3 of the companies where i have worked have closed down and the companies no longer exist.
How do i prove to tthe canadian immigration that i have worked there when i may not be able to get letters from the office if im invited to apply for permanent residency.

Please assist in any way u can .

Presumably you have payslips or tax documents from those employments. Submit those if requested. Do you have any informal contact still with former managers from those companies that could support your claims?

If you ca't get the letter you will have to explain why you can't. Also, related documentation such as pay stubs, taxes reports, social insurance contributions, etc. They will not directly provide the information on a letter of reference but will support your claim and provide evidence.

I am sure many people go through this so CIC will have an open mind provided that you can come up with sufficient evidence to back your claims.
